Rainy season was finally over in Kanto area (Tokyo area) of Japan. Japanese government always announces such information every year, and it was finally announced this year as well. As the characteristics of this year's rainy season, the period (of rainy season) was longer but the rainfall was very smaller than usual year's. As the result, people living in Kanto area is experiencing water shortage. Some areas of Kanto area already started imposing a cut (around 10 -20%) on water intake. Hope it will not influence people's life and the growth of agricultural plants seriously. The picture posted is the one we took in Gunma prefecture which is one of Kanto area's prefectures. It was really beautiful countryside scenery under sun light after rainy season was finished.
