Started providing Japanese flower info

JapanCROPs has provided the crop information about grains, vegetable and fruits so far.
And this time, we has started providing Japanese "flowers" information additionally.

We devided it into 4 categories [cut-flowers, bulbs, potted plant and flowerbed seeding] and created 34 kind flower information in total.

This time, we organized shipping amount, harvested acreage and the prefecture ranking on those flower pages.
